Michael Nahass

Michael Nahass is the Managing Member of ACER Capital LLC and a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in finance, capital markets, and corporate leadership. He has a strong track record of building, scaling, and financing businesses across multiple industries, with particular expertise in capital structure, investment banking, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, public markets, and real estate-backed operations.

Mr. Nahass spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley, where he held senior leadership roles overseeing large-scale operations and driving regional growth. He led the firm’s State of Nevada operations before being promoted to run Orange County at the time the largest region in the country. In these roles, he was responsible for managing substantial client assets, leading high-performing teams, and executing complex investment and capital markets strategies.

Mr. Nahass later served as President, CEO, COO, and Founder of Terra Tech Corp, where he led the company through its evolution into one of the first publicly traded cannabis companies in the United States. Under his leadership, the company successfully accessed public capital markets and established a foundation for growth in a highly regulated and emerging industry.

Earlier in his career and throughout his tenure in finance, Mr. Nahass also held senior roles at Arque Capital Ltd. and NMS Capital Asset Management, further deepening his expertise in capital raising, investment strategy, and institutional finance.

In addition to his capital markets experience, Mr. Nahass is actively involved in real estate ownership and operations through Imperial Center LLC, where he oversees a diversified asset platform that includes retail, fuel operations, and entertainment venues.

He is recognized for his ability to navigate complex transactions, structure creative financing solutions, and lead organizations through dynamic growth environments.
